New Users

To request an account for the American Express Online Travel service, send email to cuto@cornell.edu

You will receive an email message with initial log-in information, and then you should fill out your travel profile and change your password before you book a reservation.    

The travel profile that you set up will support your online reservations, and is also accessible to agents who would assist you if you make reservations by telephone or email.

The structure of the profiles allows people who make arrangements for other travelers to do so by either using a “guest traveler” process (designed for people without Cornell Net IDs, e.g. visitors) or an “assistants and travel arrangers section” (designed to connect you with travelers who have Cornell Net IDs).  The information in the email with your initial log-in explains this in more detail.
