About AXIOM, American Express's new online reservation tool

Direct billing is still available for online and phone reservations;  just provide the first 3-digits or 7-digits of your account code when making a reservation.  More details

To be able to book online, select "New Users" above.   You will need a Cornell NetID, and can then link into the online registration process where the Cornell-specific security code is provided.   If you had an account in the previous tool, it will have converted over (you should have received email on May 28 with instructions for logging into AXIOM). Then build a profile and set a pin number (e.g. your telephone number).

Even if you plan to arrange air travel by telephone, please create an account and profile in AXIOM. You will be asked to provide your pin number so that all your preferences can be utilized by the agents assisting you by phone.
